He has held senior positions at the Bob Jane Corporation, St Kilda Football Club, CPA Australia, Australian Physiotherapy Association, Advent Health and the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and has provided strategic consulting and mentoring services to a range of clients and individuals.

An accomplished and dynamic leader with extensive experience in community and professional advocacy, governance, professional development and events organisation, stakeholder engagement and statutory regulation of professions.
More than 25 years working in the allied healthcare sector, Anna has nurtured close and trusted working relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including employers, RTOs, payers (e.g., Workcover and private health insurers), government and other industry associations, AHPRA-regulated allied health professions, Allied Health Professions Australia, professional indemnity insurers and trusted networks across mainstream medicine.
Throughout her career Anna has established strong relationships with government departments across all jurisdictions and maintained sound relationships with stakeholders including training providers, third party agencies and government groups, and fostered strong member engagement. During her tenure as CEO with the Myotherapy Association Australia, Anna successfully advocated for myotherapists to practise as essential workers during the stage 3 Victorian lockdown in the Covid pandemic.
Anna has worked to support NFP Associations operationalise their strategic plans, support the growth and development of administration teams, identify gaps and implement improvement strategies for best governance practice and has worked closely with Boards and Management teams to identify growth opportunities to improve overall business effectiveness.
A qualified healthcare professional, business owner and with her knowledge in corporate governance, Anna is considered an asset to any organisation.
Nello has held CEO and senior professional association leadership roles at a State and National level in the health, sport and fitness industries for over 30 years.
Through CEO and director roles with national membership associations including the Australian Podiatry Association, Sports Medicine Australia, Myotherapy Association Australia, Nello has forged a strong reputation as a committed and pragmatic leader. Through a number of these roles Nello has represented his National Associations and professions through national and international representative associations.
Nello has extensive experience though his work with numerous membership-based organisations and is highly cognisant of the importance of membership and the challenges facing membership organisations.
Michael Kenihan is a sports physiotherapist, business manager, administrator, entrepreneur, innovator, teacher and thought leader in the health and sports medicine industry.
Michael’s experience as the general manager of Australia’s largest allied health network Lifecare Health (now part of the public company APM Ltd) and executive of IPN (a publicly listed general practice network that is now part of Sonic Health Ltd) demonstrates his breadth of experience and abilities.
Michael is now a director, owner and manager at Melbourne Stem Cell Centre and the stem cell laboratory Magellan Stem Cells. Additionally, Michael, with business partner and founder Gareth Adams, have started a technology platform, R-U-Ontrak, to assist individuals track their progress towards a meaningful goal, such as recovery from an injury. The app helps users build a community of support to keep motivated and tracks activities using progress milestones.
Michael is also a business consultant to allied health practitioners and practices through his business providing a range of packages from consulting services to practices and clinicians as well as face to face courses for allied health clinicians from new graduate level to those who wish to start their own business.
Michael’s association in Sports Medicine Australia as past Board Member, CEO and current President of SMA Order Of Fellows and as a executive in the Federation International Medicine du Sports (FIMS) for 10 years (2008 t0 2018) has provided him with a detailed understanding of the Australian and International Sports Medicine environment. In those roles Michael has needed to deal with the International Sports Physiotherapy association as well as most of the world Federations of Sports Medicine and International Sports Associations.
Michael recently published his book “The Health Practitioner’s Journey”, a four-stage career plan that takes a Physiotherapists from graduation through to financial and personal success.
